Teaching logistics today = complexity + paper + wasted time
Teachers spend more time marking than teaching. And above all: it is impossible to precisely track what each student is doing during a lab.
Labs hard to prepare
Hours of preparation for scenarios that do not reflect professional reality.
Time-consuming correction
Marking 24 lab copies manually takes hours. Every week.
Incomplete student tracking
What is the student doing during the lab? Where do they get stuck? Impossible to know.
Poorly assessed competencies
Assessment remains subjective, partial, difficult to trace for inspection.
Unrealistic scenarios
Paper-based cases do not prepare students for the real job. Students disengage.
Difficult inspection
No structured pedagogical traceability. Each inspection is stressful.
A real WMS… transformed into a complete pedagogical environment
Students no longer learn on fictitious cases. They work in a real professional logistics system, structured into 6 modules.
Pedagogical Lab Scenarios
18 complete scenarios aligned with the vocational logistics curriculum: receiving, dispatching, cycle counting, picking, FIFO/FEFO, quality control, customer returns, lot traceability, location optimisation…
Each scenario includes:
Immersive Labs (students)
The student works as in a company: active scenario, steps to complete, remaining time, expected actions. They scan products, record stock entries/exits, manage receipts, handle anomalies, answer quizzes, consult generated documents.
Real-time Supervision
The teacher sees everything live: connected/disconnected students, current actions, time spent per step, detected blockages, instant progress. You no longer 'assume' learning — you visualise it.
Intelligent Automated Correction
MCQs corrected automatically, labs validated by checklist, error detection (scan, quantity, location), grade out of 20 generated. Points allocated per action, weighting by competency.
Évaluation objective, instantanée, traçable.
Full Pedagogical Tracking
Per student: overall progress, acquired competencies, full lab history, grades + teacher comments. Per class: success rate, average per lab, inter-group comparison, weak/strong competencies.
Inspection & Compliance
Zero paper, 100% traceable. Automatic generation: full PDF reports, competency progress, lab history, pedagogical evidence, Excel export compatible with school management systems.
A day in a modern logistics vocational school
The teacher launches the lab
Today's scenario: 'Goods receiving'. In a few clicks, the teacher selects the scenario, assigns the class, and launches the lab. All students instantly receive their mission on screen.
8:05 AM — Students begin
In their interface, students have: the active scenario, steps to complete, remaining time, expected actions. They scan products, record stock entries, check conformity, answer quizzes. They work as in a real warehouse.
8:20 AM — The teacher monitors in real time
Their dashboard shows in real time: Lea is ahead, Thomas is stuck on scanning, Sarah is making repeated errors. Immediate intervention possible — the teacher can help at the right moment, not after the fact.
Le gros du travail est déjà fait — il ne reste qu'à valider
The system has pre-calculated the essentials:
Points pré-calculés
Quiz corrigés
Compétences évaluées
Rapports générés
12:05 PM — The teacher validates, comments and adjusts
The system proposes, the teacher decides.
For each student, the teacher finds the automatically allocated points based on completed actions. They can then:
Validate the proposed grade if it matches their assessment
Add a pedagogical comment for each student
Adjust the grade up or down if the context justifies it
Exemple — Validation de Sarah D.
Commentaire enseignant :
« Sarah a compris le processus mais a eu des difficultés avec le scanner. Les erreurs répétées viennent d'un problème technique, pas d'un manque de compréhension. J'ajuste la note en conséquence. »
12:10 PM — The system proposes a grade, I validate or adjust it. In 15 minutes, I have reviewed the entire class. The rest of the time, I dedicate to supporting my students.
