Create the purchase order
Select the supplier from your address book, add products with quantities and prices. The expected delivery date is recorded.
Send and track the status
The order moves through statuses. GSE-Web monitors lead times and raises an alert if the expected date is exceeded.
Receive and check
Upon arrival of goods, enter the received quantities line by line. GSE-Web flags discrepancies with the original order.
Stock is updated automatically
As soon as the receipt is validated, quantities are added to the stock without re-entry. The order moves to "Closed".
